Eligibility

Products, Pricing and Orders

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to:

Correct any pricing errors even after an order is placed
Limit or cancel orders (including suspected fraudulent orders)
Refuse service to any customer at our sole discretion

All prices are in USD. We accept PayPal only.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after shipment (actual time may vary). Detailed shipping information is available in our Shipping Policy.

We do not currently ship internationally.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Refund Policy. All returns must be in original, unused condition with tags attached. For customer convenience returns (change of mind, wrong size), the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Velox or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability & Product Disclaimer

Our products (track spikes and soccer cleats) are designed for general athletic training and competition use on appropriate surfaces only. We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use, misuse, or use on unsuitable surfaces (e.g., concrete roads, wet floors, or non-athletic venues).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Velox harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
