Veloxspikes.com is operated by Quanzhou Bomei Footwear Co., Ltd., located in China. All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in China.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, including the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. overseas territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or P.O. Boxes in some cases.

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No shipping charges will be added at checkout.

Processing and Delivery Time

Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time: 10–20 business days from the date of shipment (may take longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs clearance).

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier performance, weather, or customs procedures.

Shipping Method

We ship via reliable international carriers such as USPS, UPS, or equivalent partners. All packages include tracking information, which will be sent to your email once the order ships.

Taxes and Duties

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are generally the responsibility of the customer (although most orders to the US currently incur minimal or no additional charges).
Any applicable state sales tax will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Important: International return shipping from the US to China is expensive and time-consuming. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
