Veloxspikes.com is operated by Quanzhou Bomei Footwear Co., Ltd., located in China. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our track spikes and soccer cleats.

Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

The item arrives damaged or defective
You received the wrong item
Significant size or fit issue (after indoor try-on only)
Change of mind (subject to conditions below)

All returned items must meet these requirements:

In original, unused condition (no signs of outdoor or sports use)
Original tags and packaging attached
Not worn on any athletic surface or outdoors

We allow customers to try shoes indoors to check fit and comfort, but any visible wear from actual sports activity or outdoor use will make the item non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following situations:

Shoes that show signs of use on tracks, fields, turf, or any outdoor surface
Items returned after the 30-day window
Items without prior approval
Damaged items due to customer misuse

Return Shipping Address

All returns must be shipped to our facility in China at the following address:

Return Address: No. 1 Building, 511 Dashang, Liandai Village, Baiqi Hui Ethnic Township, Quanzhou Taiwan Investment Zone, Fujian Province, China

Important Note: Shipping returns from the United States to China is expensive and takes time. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

For defective, damaged, or wrong item cases (our error): We will provide a return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns (including size/fit issues or change of mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We no longer offer free return shipping on customer convenience returns due to the international nature of our shipping.

Return Process

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Wait for our approval and return instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method (PayPal).
Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
